Seasons
We are open all year:
In August our shortest booking term is one week. For Easter, New year and high season weekends at least 3/4 nights booking are required.
High season
from 01/07 to 31/08, Easter, New year, long weekends, public holidays, regional events.
Low season
Remaining periods.
The Apartments
Casa Faustina offers accomodation in 10 apartments for a total of 30 beds. There are 2 one-room apartments, 4 two-room apartments, and 4 three-room apartments. Double or single beds are provided in each apartment.
One-room apartment
Consists of one room with a double bed, fully equipped cooking facilities, bathroom with shower, independant entrance from garden and an outdoor table.
Two-room apartment
Consists of one bedroom, one living room with fully equipped cooking facilities, bathroom with shower, independant entrance from garden and an outdoor table.
Three-room apartment
Consists of two separate bedrooms, one living room with fully equipped cooking facilities, bathroom with shower, independant entrance from garden and an outdoor table.

Restaurant Service
- Breakfast is always available, please contact us to check the availability for the Dinner and Half board:
- Breakfast: 6 Euro per person per day
- Dinner: 25 Euro per person per day (fixed menu with water and 1/4lt house wine included)
- Half board: 30 Euro per person per day
Prices include
Bed, bath and kitchen linen (weekly changed), use of gas, electricity and wood for the barbecue, weekly and final cleaning, heating, taxes and free use of the swimming pool, deck chairs, parking place and facilities.

- Daily cleaning: 10 Euro
- Midweek cleaning: 20 Euro
- Extra linen change: 15 Euro per person
- Use of the washing machine or dryer: 4 Euro
- Baby Crib: 10 Euro per night
- Extra bed: 20 Euro per night
- Pets: charge of the final cleaning: 25 Euro
- Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of 10 Euro.
Check-in & check-out time
Check-in time is from 14:00
Please indicate your estimated time of arrival when you make your booking and confirm it in advance by email to info@casafaustina.it or by phone, calling ++39 075 8039377.
There is a fee of 15€ for all check-ins up to 22:30.

Booking and Payment
We hereby indicate the terms and conditions for making a reservation at our Agriturismo Casa Faustina. In order to reserve we ask for a 30% deposit of the total amount by credit card or bank transfer. For short period stays as weekends, we always ask for one night to be paid in advance. You will need to pay the outstanding balance on arrival, payment options are Cash or Credit card. We accept the following Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB.
Cancellation Policy - Terms and Conditions
In order to cancel a reservation and obtain a refund of the entire amount paid by way of deposit, it is sufficient for you to send, even by e-mail:casafaustina@tiscalinet.it, or fax ++39 (0)75 8039377, a written notice at least 60 days before the date for which the reservation has been made. Casa Faustina shall withhold 10% of the deposit which has been paid in any case. In the event that notice of cancellation is given at least 30 days before the commencement of the stay, Casa Faustina shall withhold 50% of the deposit which has been paid. In the event of cancellation of the reservation within the envisaged term or of no-show (not arriving at the establishment), Casa Faustina shall withhold the entire amount of the deposit and the booking shall not remain available for those nights paid for with the advance deposit. The amount paid by way of deposit for groups of people is considered divided between the number of people who are part of the group itself and the above terms still remain applicable singularly.
Privacy Policy
In accordance with the Italian Data Protection & Personal Privacy Law, Agriturismo Casa Faustina ensures that all personal information is stored on a secure data base, and is used solely for the to process your reservation, to inform you of reservation status, communicate future promotions and activities, and for purposes of quality control following your stay at the establishment. The credit card details provided are used solely and exclusively for the purpose of applying the terms and conditions of the reservation agreement.
